  1. Here's my dilemma. I do not have a password on my Mac or my ipad pro. However when I want to import photos from my ipad to Mac this is what appears on the screen and blocks the import. Photos in the camera roll on ipad cannot be reviewed or imported because ipod is blocked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the ipod to view and import them. (What the hell is a ipod?….i don't own one) . This is so frustrating.

  2. I am trying to transfer from my iPhone s7 to my MacBook Pro laptop computer and I did what you said image capture did show up with no photos, however I have several on my iPhone. only devices and shared with a o showed up in the icon image capture.

  3. Simply brilliant! Thank you. I tried before through iPhoto and haven't a clue what happened to my photos. But your way, Image Capture, worked perfectly. Very well presented too. Nice and clear.
