  1. TNKS , just did this session . Does it help to do this several times ? Your way of using words and suggestions is very different , you use a variety of ways to look on the same problem or solution …. Liked that very much. I fell asleep or in hypnoses soon in the beginning and was back just before the stairs to walk down . After that I followed every word . Does that matter? ( was not under influence as I already stopped since three days and want to continue )

  2. Michael, thank you for your wonderful contribution to the human scene. The gifts that you have been given, and that you pass along here, are of divine origin… All best wishes /||

  3. Just about to go thru a real nasty methadone withdrawal.. Ain't looking forward to this. Over 4 years I've been back out now… So desperate for a day clean…. Thanx for uploading these video's my friend… So grateful.. Last time I did this I couldn't get access to this stuff. So thank you

  4. hi Michael first off I would like to say thank you for your terrific videos they are very helpful I'm in the process of quitting heroin in the withdrawal pain is unbearable is there anything you could do to help me through this process thank you very much you're the best

  5. Thankyou for sharing with us your videos your voice is so relaxing. I have listed to your overcoming alcohol addiction and as a result I have nt touched a drop for 24 days now so thankyou x

  6. Thank you so much for all your videos, I have a friend that he wants to stop drinking alcohol. I want to recommend him this video. But I have a question….. How many times he needs to listen the video?

  7. I just watched this and I just feel a whole sense of euphoria. It's like I'm a completely different person inside and out. Thank you mr. Sealey I can already see myself healthier and a better person in general!

  8. An interesting aside is that I came here for long term alcoholism, but somehow stopped taking the anti depressants I have been on for 31 years. Early days for me yet, but it is looking positive. The withdrawals from alcohol and the pills are horrendous but are easing off. I have never made it this far before and I feel ok. I think i am going to make it and these videos are what is getting me over the line. Thank you

  9. Hi Michael, I did this hypnosis for the 1st time today and found it excellent. Just one question, will it stop withdrawal symptoms also from not drinking? As a nightly drinker I am now motivated to stop after listening but that is my one concern.

  10. Michael, I am only one soul of many that truly appreciates you. It matters that you care to research, study, write and rehearse your material because I think it is coming from a good place and it's not as easy as people think it would be. Your preparation is very professional but I find you as a real person. I wish you personal and economic success in all your endeavors…

  11. Michael, can I personally thank you for this post, I tried alsorts to address my drinking issues out & kept failing and struggling, craving, etc etc etc… Then I tried listening to your hypnosis on an evening when I went to bed, & was amazed at the result!!! I no longer drink, don't crave, don't think about alcohol, don't fancy a drink, I,m not tempted whatsoever and can only put this down to your hypnosis. Whiteout sounding dramatic you have probably saved my life.

The reasons I have sent this to you is one, I'm eternally grateful for this, & two so others can read this and hopefully use this amazing tool and do the same as I have.

    Thank you Michael.

  12. Mr. Sealey, your videos have helped me conquer some very fierce attacks of anxiety & nervousness during my recovery. When I saw the title for this video, I thought it'd be a good idea to suggest you to make a recording to help with addiction as well. Right now in my state in the US there are more people dying from heroin overdoses than car accidents, and more than 85% of the crime on Cape Cod is related to heroin & opiates. I beat my addiction nine years ago (though I still struggle with anxiety), but I am sure there are others in recovery who can benefit from your recordings. Drug recovery is about both mind and body. I believe that your sessions have the power to help some of these good people.
All the same, it's only a suggestion and I thank you again [so very much] for providing your recordings for free. They've helped me move mountains! ~Best Regards

  13. That last message was sent off too soon.

Michael, thank you for sharing your gift. I am so entirely grateful to have come across you.
Your guidance has helped me begin to get the strength to pull myself out of a long 'gray' period.
My first steps towards motivation, courage and health. Thank you again.

  14. alcoholism is one of the most dangerous diseases. the strange thing is alcohol is legal and most people who drink do not become alcoholics but a few do. genetics, tendency to drink more than usual, managing stress, stressful/ tough life events are some of the things that can lead a normal drinker towards alcoholism.

  15. Wow, Michael! This is perfect. One of my specialties is overcoming addiction. I believe that our addictions are a means, a maladaptive attempt, to cover up feelings of fear and guilt. I further believe that there are really only two emotions … love and fear, of which guilt is a particularly pervasive and insideous form. There is either love or a call for love, and addictions are a call for love. Speaking as one who is working her own successful recovery from alcohol addiction, I especially appreciate that you recognise (I spelled it with and "s" just for you) the role hypnosis can play in recovery. I would only add that anyone who is truly addicted to alcohol should seek medical assistance before quitting. Alcohol withdrawal poses serious risk of heart failure and seizure, and should not be attempted alone. But it can be done! If you are an alcoholic let me tell you, there is a beautiful life on the other side of the bridge. Face your demons and they will disappear! Love, Peace, and Still Waters to you, Michael, and all whose lives you touch, Susan
