  1. Didn't work for me. When I click wsreset I wait to show window, but window appears that says you'll need a new app to open this MS – Windows – Store. What should I do ? I tried other 2 videos but it didn't work.

  3. When I start it up all I have is a blank white screen and if it does start up it shows the home screen but no pictures and it takes forever to load one thing but the pictures are grey and I also tried everything in this video and nothing worked

After hours and hours of googling fixes for this stupid Windows Store issue, and following instructions into places I had no business being; completely removing the Store via Powershell, and adding it back, only to have the same result, I finally happened upon your fix. I can't believe it, but your method 1 was the cure. My region and language settings were out of sync. Once I corrected those, the store opened normally. Good Grief!! I am now a subscriber. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now if I could only find a way to keep the auto-rotate from locking every time I boot up. I have to manually go into the settings to turn it off, so I can flip the screen and auto-rotate. For some reason, the "apply" button doesn't become active when I change the setting. Go figure. But thanks for getting my Store back. (So frustrating.)

I talked with an actual person from microsoft to fix this problem all you have to do is go to settings then scroll down to updates & security then go to updates.. download and install updates and restart your computer and let the updates finnish and it works again.. easy fix with none of this other crap.
